Cliff is a graduate of the Clarion Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers’ Workshop and is a four-time finalist in the Writers of the Future Contest.

When not writing, Cliff plays sitar, studies tai chi and aikido, and does choral singing and social dance, including ballroom, swing, salsa, and Argentine tango.
